Karen Hart formerly associated with Towne & Country Properties Sotheby’s International Realty for twenty years, has been an accomplished professional in the real estate field since 1993. With her exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, she has not only achieved much success in the listing and selling of properties in her home based market of Tuxedo and the Village of Tuxedo Park, but throughout Orange County, NY in communities such as Monroe, Blooming Grove, Woodbury, Goshen and Cornwall. Francine Liza is a longtime contributor and resident of Tuxedo and Tuxedo Park having raised two children here and served three terms as town Council Woman. She has been integrally involved in a long-term movement to revitalize Downtown Tuxedo and has been personally involved in the restoration of several historic houses in Tuxedo Park. Francine works with both residential and commercial sales, as well as being experienced in building and leasing. She casts her net wide when it comes to regional expertise—from Tuxedo Park itself to the charming towns of Tuxedo, Sloatsburg, Highland Mills and Monroe.
