Joseph’s family has a long history in Tuxedo Park and The Hamptons. His grandmother was one of the longest continuous members in the park until her passing in 2019. His grandmother was a large part of instilling his love of Tuxedo Park and community service.
From a young age, Joseph has been an avid sailor and active member of The Bullhead Yacht Club in Southampton. Graduating Iona College with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Joseph found work as a free-lance at LTV East Hampton. During that time, his passions and commitment to help people, found his path evolving towards public service.
Being a quick learner and dedicated to the history of Southampton, Joseph McLoughlin served on The Planning Commission, Historic Museum Committee for Restoration and Revitalization and Southampton Village Trustee. Most recently, Joseph was elected to the Southampton Town Board of Trustees. In 2018, for his community involvement and service, Joseph was awarded The Southampton Village Intrepid Citizen Award.
Joseph now looks forward to working with Tuxedo Hudson to engage in real estate and ensure he can be a resource and asset to the community. Joseph will represent The Hamptons in Long Island and parts of Tuxedo Park.
