She gave great advice on how to prepare the house, and was able to suggest reliable contractors to complete the work inexpensively and promptly. She made a fantastic video and excelled at social media promotion. She knew how best to drive traffic for showings. Then, she gave us good advice about when to lower our price and what to do with multiple counter offers. We ended up selling for our asking price, even after lowering the price. She is also a lovely person and we enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her. She also showed us a few houses to buy, but then we decided to move out of the area. We are still in touch with her.
