As the Operations Manager at Tuxedo Hudson Realty, I bring extensive experience in real estate administration, agent support and training, and event coordination. Recognized for my professionalism and approachable nature, I ensure the brokerage’s operations run efficiently while providing exceptional support to both agents and leadership. I take great pride in collaborating with agents throughout every stage of the process to help them deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience to their clients.

 

Prior to joining Tuxedo Hudson Realty, I held a key administrative role at a prominent luxury brokerage, where I provided executive-level administrative and operational support to the Owner/Broker, managed transactions from contract to close, oversaw compliance processes, and supported a multi-office network of agents. My in-depth knowledge of real estate systems, documentation, and client service enables me to maintain smooth operations and deliver an exceptional experience for both agents and their clients.

 

I earned my degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and began my professional career in high-end fashion sales, spending nearly two decades working with luxury brands and retailers. I have successfully leveraged my expertise in sales, client relations, and business management from the fashion industry to build a thriving career in real estate. In May 2025, I obtained my New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license to deepen my understanding of the industry and enhance my ability to communicate effectively with both agents and their clients.

 

Originally from Pomona, New York, in the Hudson Valley, I now reside in Mahwah, New Jersey, with my husband, daughter, and beloved shih tzu. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, cooking at home (often while watching the Food Network), and spending quality time with family.
