Elizabeth Broderick
As a 3rd generation realtor, I am happy to have found my passion in real estate. Homes are personal, and every detail matters—that’s my specialty. I love being a part of the journey with my clients and seeing a plan come together.
I graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Communications, and began my career at 1stdibs.com as an Account Manager. Within 3 years, I was promoted to Senior Logistics Specialist, managing over 10,000 global shipments of Fine Art, Sculptures and Antiques annually. I was an asset to the company, helping them achieve a reputation for high level client relations and excellent shipping execution.
In 2017, I joined Tuxedo Hudson Company in Sloatsburg NY, a new real estate development company as they created what is now the incredible Valley Rock Inn & Mountain Club. I worked as a Project Manager and procurement expert, alongside the Owner and Lead Designer as their vision came to life.
With tremendous experience in Logistics and High Level Client Relations, I pivoted careers to the world of Sales and Real Estate with sister-company, Tuxedo Hudson Realty in Sloatsburg, NY. Shortly after receiving my New York license, I also obtained my New Jersey License with Hallmark Homes R.E in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ.
Since becoming a full time licensed REALTOR® in 2018, I have successfully helped over 170 clients with their real estate needs, and transacted over $112 million in real estate sales volume throughout the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey.

I was born and raised in Upper Saddle River, NJ, and now live in Warwick, NY with my husband, Michael Jotso. In my spare time, I really enjoy hiking and the outdoors, tennis, running, yoga, farm markets, and time with my family.

Christina Nemec
Christina Nemec’s love of old homes and historic preservation lead her to put down roots in the storybook village of Tuxedo Park, where she lives with her husband, three children, and too many pets. Born and raised in the Midwest, Christina migrated east in the late 1990s. In the ensuing twenty-five plus years, she has lived and learned through the purchase, sale and restoration of homes in a variety of towns in Northern New Jersey and New York State. These have ranged from a pre-colonial stone cottage to 2000s new construction, and touching every century in between. A fifteen year run raising her growing family in Upper Saddle River gives Christina particular insight into the Bergen County, New Jersey market. And as a current Tuxedo Park resident, active in the public schools and local community, Christina is intimately familiar with what makes Tuxedo Park and the town of Tuxedo so special. Through all of this, Christina has learned that when you are working with the right team, buying and selling homes, even old homes, really can be as fun as it appears on TV.

Christina has worn, and still wears, multiple hats in her career: former educator at the elementary and college levels; municipal government official in her summer community of Thousand Island Park, NY; health and wellness consultant and educator; and, many moons ago, professional recruiter. Each of these experiences shares a common core, namely the need to listen and attend to the unique needs of each student, constituent, or client. Today, real estate is her primary focus, where she leverages her collective life experience to deliver concierge service. Christina takes pride in anticipating her client’s needs and helping them to navigate the process of buying or selling a home.
